Doctoral Program Overview

In the PNB department, you can choose to complete either a MS or PhD graduate degree! A Master's degree is not a requirement for entering the doctoral program. The timeline below provides an overview of the milestones for a typical doctoral student in our graduate program. Most students complete their PhD in a little over 5 years, although some finish in less or more time!
